- Turn right 90 degrees to right short cat, right outward middle block.
- Left front kick into left sparring stance, double punch (left and right).
- Shift left 45 degrees (down the I) into left long cat, closed hand block.
- Step forward into right long cat, closed hand block.
- Step forward into left long cat, closed hand block.
- Fold arms; shift to tleft short cat and break hold.
- Open hand X block high, grab and right knee strike, Kia!
