  1. Turn and step (left foot) to the left into long cat foot stance. Left open hand block, right hand open across the solarplex, Kia!.
  2. Step (right foot) into sparring stance. Right hand jab strike, left hand closed and pulled back.
  3. Step back with right foot and turn to the right 180 degrees into long cat foot stance. Right open hand block, left hand open across the solarplex.
  4. Step (left foot) into sparring stance. Left jab strike, right hand closed and pulled back.
  5. Pull front (left) foot back, turn and step to the left into long cat foot stance. Left open hand block, right hand open and across the solarplex.
  6. Step (right foot) into long cat foot stance. Right open hand block, left hand open across the solarplex.
  7. Step (left foot) into long cat foot stance. Left open hand block, right hand open across the solarplex.
  8. Step (right foot) into sparring stance. Right jab, left hand closed and pulled back. Kia!
  9. Turn & step back (left foot) 270 degrees to the left, into long cat foot stance. Left closed hand block, Right hand closed across the solarplex.
  10. Step (right foot) into sparring stance. Right middle punch, left hand closed and pulled back.
  11. Step back with front (right) foot, twist hips 180 degrees to the right into long cat foot stance. Right closed hand block, left hand across the solarplex.
  1. Step (left foot) into sparring stance, left middle punch, right hand closed and pulled back.
  2. Pull front (left) foot in, turn and step to the left 90 degrees into sparring stance. Left low block, right hand closed and pulled back.
  3. Step (right foot) into horse stance. Right spear hand strike, right hand open across solarplex.
  4. Step (left foot) into horse stance. Left spear hand strike, right hand open across the solarplex.
  5. Step (right foot) into horse stance. Right spear hand strike, left hand open across the solarplex, Kia!
  6. Step with back (left) foot and turn to the left 270 degrees into long cat foot stance. Left open hand block, right hand open across the solarplex.
  7. Step (right foot) into sparring stance. Right jab strike, left hand closed and pulled back.
  8. Step back with front (right) foot, turn to the right 180 degrees into long cat foot stance. Right open hand block, left hand open across the solarplex.
  9. Step (left foot) into sparring stance. Left hand jab strike, right hand closed and pulled back, Kia!
  10. Pull front (left) foot back into Yame.
