- Parry, maintain feet together and complete turn 45 degree.
- Opposite side punch, feet together, looking to front.
- Turn facing at 45 degree left of center. Bo strike to right with feet together.
- Parry, maintain feet together and complete turn 45 degree.
- Nahachi, facing left. Double strike left then right.
- Step to left into Nahachi. Strike to left. Kia!
- Low block.
- Return to Yoi, facing front, with feet at 90 degree heels together. Ensure that legs are protected with Bo while returning to Yoi.
